Experience the ultimate WellnessCare session with our Signature Experience.

This comprehensive wellness experience combines all three of our core services into one restorative session. Begin with a 10-minute Cold Plunge session, continue with 20 minutes of Full Body Red Light Therapy, and finish with a 30-minute Infrared Sauna session. The combination of cold exposure, therapeutic light, and gentle infrared heat creates a complete wellness experience designed to help you recharge, reset, and renew.

Guests are welcome to spend less than the full 10 minutes immersed in the cold plunge if preferred. The allotted time includes entering and exiting the plunge, drying off, and preparing for the next portion of your experience. Most guests spend approximately 2 to 5 minutes in the cold water.

Many guests enjoy combining contrast therapy, red light therapy, and infrared sauna sessions as part of their wellness routine to support relaxation, recovery, circulation, and overall well-being.

What to Wear

For best results, we recommend exposing as much skin as you are comfortable with during your Red Light Therapy session. A bathing suit, swimwear, undergarments, or athletic attire are all appropriate options. Please feel free to bring comfortable clothing to change into after your session if desired.

Fresh towels are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own. Sanitized protective eyewear is also available for guests who prefer to use it during their red light therapy session.

Before Your Session

Please arrive well hydrated. If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular concerns, uncontrolled blood pressure, are taking medications that increase sensitivity to light, or have any medical condition that may be affected by heat or cold exposure, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before participating.

For first-time guests, a WellnessCare Service Agreement and Waiver will be required before your session begins.
