Techno Services
Our Techno Services combine advanced biohacking tools with the body’s natural healing intelligence. At Living Bliss, we offer Red Light Therapy (with optional PEMF mat integration), Infrared Sauna sessions, and revitalizing Cold Plunge therapy — all designed to support recovery, circulation, detoxification, energy production, and mental clarity. It’s science-backed WellnessCare that helps your body optimize performance, resilience, and vitality.

Red Light Therapy
Red Light Therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light that have been studied for their effects on cellular energy production. Research suggests these wavelengths have the ability to support the body’s natural recovery processes, skin appearance, circulation, and overall vitality when used consistently over time.

At Living Bliss, we use PlatinumLED Therapy Lights: BIOMAX Ultra, widely regarded as top-tier devices for their high irradiance and balanced wavelength delivery. This allows for efficient sessions designed to support general wellness and performance optimization.

Session Length:
• 30 minutes for a full-body session

Frequency depends on individual goals and comfort level.
Infrared Sauna
Infrared sauna uses gentle infrared heat to warm the body directly, creating a comfortable, lower-temperature experience compared to traditional steam saunas. Research has explored its role in supporting relaxation, circulation, muscle comfort, and overall wellness when used regularly as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Many people use infrared sauna sessions to unwind, promote a natural sweat response, and support recovery after exercise. As with most wellness practices, consistency and proper hydration are key.
At Living Bliss, each infrared sauna session also includes a complimentary front-facing red light session, allowing you to layer light-based wellness support into your heat experience at no additional charge.

Recommended Session Length:
• 20–40 minutes, depending on comfort level
• Beginners may start at 15–20 minutes and gradually increase

Hydration before and after sessions is encouraged.

Cold Plunge
Cold plunge therapy involves brief, controlled exposure to cold water and has been widely explored for its role in supporting resilience, circulation, and post-exercise recovery. When practiced responsibly, cold immersion may encourage alertness, stimulate the body’s natural stress-response systems, and promote a refreshed, invigorated feeling afterward.

Many individuals incorporate cold exposure into wellness routines to complement exercise, sauna use, or mindfulness practices. As with any recovery tool, comfort level and gradual adaptation are important.

Recommended Session Length:
• Beginners: 30 seconds to 2 minutes
• Experienced users: 2–5 minutes
Longer exposure is generally not necessary for general wellness purposes.

Cold plunge sessions can pair well with infrared sauna in a contrast-style routine.
PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) Therapy
PEMF uses low-level electromagnetic pulses designed to interact with the body’s natural electrical environment. Research has explored how these gentle pulses may support circulation, relaxation, and overall wellness when used consistently as part of a balanced lifestyle.
Many individuals incorporate PEMF sessions to complement recovery routines, mindfulness practices, or general vitality goals. Experiences can vary, and comfort level should guide session frequency and duration.

At Living Bliss, PEMF can be enjoyed as a standalone session or combined with Red Light Therapy for a layered, biohacking-style wellness experience.

Recommended Session Length:
• 15–30 minutes per session
May be used several times per week depending on personal preference
