Cold Plunge 10 Minute Session
Step into the cold and discover one of nature’s most intense resets. Cold plunge immersion may help support mental clarity, resilience, circulation, post-exercise recovery, and your body’s natural adaptive response, including activation of cold shock proteins associated with cellular stress response and recovery. Many guests describe leaving feeling clear-headed, recharged, and surprisingly energized.
Your 10-minute session includes time to prepare for your plunge, complete your immersion, and dry off afterward. Actual cold water immersion is recommended at 2–5 minutes maximum, depending on your experience level and comfort. Beginners tend to go 30 seconds to a minute before getting out. Listen to your body and at any time you feel uncomfortable, too cold, or unwell, simply end your session.

• You’re encouraged to bring your own towel, though fresh towels are available if needed
